Wouldn’t recommend going here if you even look at the jewelry that’s right near the door and you have stuff in your hands. They’re gonna tell they’re gonna talk about you right next to you and say that they have to lock the doors. I never been profiled in my life but if you wanna definitely come here cause they will do that to you. Racist. Gladly walked out to take my hard earned somewhere else. Don’t keep jewelry by the door and talk smack to paying customers disgusting customer service

Update: no it wasn’t a misunderstanding. Y’all followed me throughout the store while I was on the phone and when I walked to look at jewelry that girl wants to say nasty stuff like “oh let me go head and lock the door. And no you weren’t talking about the jewelry that was already locked. And I called back and you acted shocked when I said don’t talk to customers like that. Yall profile and it’s not the first time.

I went to this store today to pick up a few packs of passion twist hair. When I asked one of the store clerks if they had a cheaper option of hair he looked at me rude and rolled his eyes and said no which I did not appreciate. Also when I was doing my shopping the same store clerk who rolled his eyes was continuously following me around the whole time I shopped. This made me feel very uncomfortable and honestly made me feel like I was being racially profiled I will never recommend this store to anyone.

Service was very good. Beauty supply stores don't often allow returns, but the woman told me not to worry; return or exchange is acceptable. Fortunately, a return was not necessary.

The only thing I don't really like about this place is that it's really congested with products overflowing just about everywhere. There's not enough shelf space for everything so they just kind of put it on the floor. To be honest, this is normal for most small hair stores I've gone to so this isn't that big of a deal. I do wish they were more organized with what is where, but if you're looking for a specific brand they do usually group items by brand. So that could help you find things. They don't have a lot of hair accessories (décor) but mostly products, and hair and wigs.

Great Customer Service, but man do they rip you off!!! If you ever pick up a product, especially weave and wigs just look at the prices online. I'm all for supporting local shops and convenience but they have almost a 200% markup!!! JUST GOOGLE ONE OF THEIR HAIR PIECES AND COMPARE!
