I went there last week and while the pastor didn’t say anything outright wrong when he preached about concepts like salvation (God welcomes you as you are but loves you too much to leave you that way) and change through relationship with Christ (if you’re wondering how to change Jesus will show you) he did insert his own opinions into it which were.
He told men to not to have their shirts so tight the buttons pop off (I assumed this was a reference to pride but maybe he just doesn’t like tight shirts), and he told women to “watch your cleavage lines”.
In my opinion he also referenced the lgbtq community in a way that I felt was degrading and harmful, not really recognizing their personhood.
He also rode the line on the separation of church and state by not fully endorsing candidates but referencing certain candidates’ vision for the future for their community and having their picture on the screen.

Shares the Word but over all, really low energy. Fathers Day service was awesome, guest choir was reminiscent of a Black Gospel Church Choir, everybody was fired up, praising God, church was on fire.

Change in church leadership and pastors gives church a dysfunctional fragmented feel.

They are friendly, open and welcoming. I just moved here from Hong Kong, but I found this place similar to the church I used to attend. So it felt like a home away from home. They are also very advance in ways to connect. You can connect through the internet. Give tithes online, which is every helpful for someone who doesn’t like to bring cash.

I love my Church. We have been attending for about 7 years now and Pastor Tom keeps us inspired and prepared for the days we live in now. My husband and I enjoy our life group where we get to dig in a little deeper with other church members. They also have an great Children's Ministry sharing the Gospel to our kids. Yes the word is being preached here! Come and check it out 2 services available 8:30 and 10:30 am every Sunday.

I’m not the type to leave reviews or comments on stuff but I have to this time . I went to this church today for the first time. I moved from Temecula to Hemet so I was looking for something closer to me . First things first , I went to the kids center to check it out so see if I can leave my toddler there . The man was rude at the entrance and gave me a look like what am I doing ? I asked questions about where would a 2 year old go how does this center work? He laughed and made me feel dumb like I was suppose to know ? Second , they mentioned that Tijuana was a dump . I’m Mexican and I have family there so that was so inappropriate. Third, they had African Americans on the screen and said “ why do we go to places like this where people don’t look like us to teach the word of Jesus ?..” that was VERY unnecessary!!!! What was the point of pointing out they “ dont look like us”? 4th , the pastor didn’t teach a word from the Bible. Instead put pics up of historical people ? . 5th, he said we don’t come to church to just “sit our big butts” , umm a bit inappropriate? So uncalled for . Don’t go here .

This church is amazing. Good, solid preaching, lots of events and activities and support groups for the whole family. We are blessed to call 412 Church our home Church.
