Nasty hotel. The front desk was super nice when we checked in but it did not make up for the room being as dirty as it was.
- no fitted sheet on bed
- uncomfortable bed and pillows
- horrible smell
- crack in the front door
- stains everywhere

If you can afford to stay anywhere else I would recommend. Will never be coming back

Great weekly rates, clean relatively updated rooms, staff are kind. The expansion of the hotel has made it more like an apartment complex and tends to be a little sketchy occasionally but they have security/police patrol the parking lot frequently at night so it’s never been an issue for me. They have a pool ( not heated ) and it’s the best bang for your buck anywhere on the 101 in Sonoma county.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would they are a scam and they double charge my card all the time for nights I don't stay there and I never get my money back I even show proof and they than don't reply back. There nasty, there rude service people, they don't like paying customers, they nosey, they go in your room when your nott there, they try to find reason to get u kicked out, I don't know how this hotel has gotten away with all the bull they have done. This hotel needs to be taken down for business because the people that work here or run it are not good! Trust me it's not worth it, I rather pay a couple bucks more for a better service than here, the prices can be better affordable but it's really not when they double charge u every time. I've had so many issues here. They have a really bad plumbing problem to and blame the guest because there poor maintance.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Walked into my room which felt damp and disgusting. The room was filthy. There was gross stuff all over the walls, the faucets in the bathtub were disgusting, and I could barely stand to be in there. The sheets seemed clean, thank god, but everything else was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even shower because it was obvious it had not been cleaned before our stay and I didn’t know what I would catch. My clothes reek of mildew from just one night there, and it was the most unpleasant experience in a motel I’ve ever had. The pictures were wildly inaccurate and I will never stay at a Rodeway Inn again in my life.

The hotel is worthless and the hotel staff is terrible. I made a reservation from Vio and when I cancel my reservation, I lose my money. Never make a reservation from Vio or their website. When I went to the hotel, they asked me for a deposit of 100 dollars. I will stay for one night and it is not known what I can get 100 dollars for. I will probably start a fight. If you do not get my money from this hotel tomorrow, it is a fraudulent hotel.

when i was checking in, there was a child at the front desk with the employee. the room we were initially assigned was filthy, including a condom wrapper on the ground and the old room key on the nightstand (included photos). i went to the front desk and showed the woman working a photo of these things as I did not want to say “there was a condom wrapper” in front of the child sitting there. she moved our room but it was still not much better with a torn comforter and still smelling strongly of cigarettes. (while i can admit it is my mistake for not realizing i booked a smoking room, that in no way excuses the fact that the hotel itself was filthy. ) my partner and i decided to stay elsewhere and when i went to the front desk in hopes of a refund, i did already feel bad doing this because i know she was not in charge of cleaning the rooms but that feeling immediately faded with how mind bogglingly rude this woman was to us. after i said we were going to stay elsewhere, she stood from her chair very aggressively and said in a very rude tone with an equally rude facial expression, “ well i talked to the cleaners and they said they cleaned that room last night and that it was you guys who made it dirty”. my partner and i spent all of 30 seconds in the initial room because we were IMMEDIATELY uncomfortable with how dirty it was. we both said how would we have made it so filthy in such a short amount of time, as well as leaving a whole new room key when i was only issued one? and the woman just shrugged and said “well i can’t give you a refund” and when i asked why she said “because you booked a smoking room that’s what YOU booked” which is NOT why we were leaving, so i really do not understand why she refused to give us a refund for the room WE DID NOT STAY IN, and was so rude? i have never been treated so rudely before and truly didn’t think this type of thing happened in real life. it was bizarre.

Well it was a renovated room and it was very small and the renovations were very sloppy done. The worker who checked us in was very rude about us booking the room from an online site. The TV did not work and no workers even slightly cared. The only plus was its very close to graton casino.
