My 5 year old car battery died in my driveway yesterday. I was able to charge it up enough to get the car started today. Called Ruben Gonzalez at Autozone in Rosamond, he checked his battery inventory and said yes, I have the replacement battery you need, come on over and I'll change it for you. I went to the store and he took care of me. Ruben is my go to guy for any car issues that I may have.

Felix the cat helped me out a couple of months ago with a dead battery. I was stuck in the Grocery Outlet Parking Lot and he rolled a cart with the items needed over to meet me and just made the whole experience smooth and peaceful. I would highly recommend this Auto Zone, especially Felix. My vehicle still thanks him for the new battery and ease of installation.

Service and range of parts were very critically-lacking when I went to hook up the amps, subs, and speakers. Was lied to and told that my purchases are tracked through AutoZone so I'm unsure what to do with that

Every time I come to this Auto Zone, I am never disappointed with their customer service. Today my car battery died and a friend was kind enough to help me jump start it and we went straight to Auto Zone. They were so kind through the whole process and Felix even installed the new battery for me. I am beyond grateful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone experiencing any car problems or looking to do some DIY projects!

Every time I come here they give me the wrong filter for my car. Seems like the men don’t know what they’re doing. It took 3 men that could not figure out why they couldn’t offer a special that was advertised. On Guy came in and was nice and figured it out and was trying to make it right for us and then one of the other losers said no. I waited 30 minutes for nothing! Thanks for nothing!
