Chicken salad and lettuce was bad. Smells bad taste bad. I ended up getting the chicken throwing the rest away it was a waste of money.
that is why I do not like to place orders online and take the food with me.. this is two orders in a row for the order was either wrong or this time. The food was just bad.

Brought back great memories. My last Firehouse visit was in Pensacola back in the 80s. Had the same vibe with a friendly staff, clean and nice atmosphere. Food is pretty good too!

They were very busy when we went in to order around 2-ish and we had a wait. The sandwiches were good. The boxes were covered in BBQ sauce from when they were boxing our other sandwiches which was a little gross to take out of the bag. And the fountain soda machine was dirty and needed a wipe down. But overall a decent experience.
We got 3 sandwiches. Hook and Ladder meal. The BBQ Cuban meal. And BBQ sandwich.
The Hook and Ladder was lacking in turkey meat and minimal banana peppers upon request, but tasted good.
The BBQ and BBQ Cuban was very good, employees made a mess of its packaging that got all over our other boxes in the bag.
The cost of all the sandwiches (two of which were meals with chips and drinks) was close to 70 bucks, tip included. Expensive for a sandwich. But. Decent food.

Bread was soggy on my hook and ladder. Had a 10 min drive home and was inedible. Soggy bread is the worst! It was my first time so I’m unsure why and how my bread was soggy! But won’t go back! Disgusting!

Hi,
I have celiac desise, they were very understanding and made sure that there surfaces and gives were changed for no cross contamination as best is possible and made sure that everything was GF and asked additional questions. Great food.

I ordered a medium tuna salad combo. I asked for cheddar cheese melted on bread, I heard the gentleman tell the lady who would be making my sandwich to melt the cheese. I got provolone cheese, and it was not melted, disappointed!

Very nice staff, woman who took our order was very thorough on getting our order right, she was very helpful and nice. Food took a little time but the place was super busy, the employees were very apologetic for the wait and thankful for our patience. Sandwiches were also great! Very good experience.
