Jackie is incredible to work with. We did a maternity and newborn shoot with her and I feel so fortunate we did. Jackie makes the whole family look great, even postpartum! It's hard to pose people (including newborns, toddlers, and pets!) but Jackie is an expert and knows just how to capture the perfect moment. I met Jackie in 2007 when I was pregnant with my second child. She was just getting started in the field and did my pregnancy photos which included my 16 month old, and then a newborn session a few months later. We moved out of the area but were still fortunate to have photos done when my girls were 3 and 4, and then a newborn (surprise!) session a year later. Fast forward to 2023 and she was able to travel to Montana to capture my daughter's senior high school photos during a family photo session. We have had three other people photograph our family over the years and they didn't even come close to the photos we get with Jackie. It is true that you get what you pay for. You can hire an inexpensive photographer, and it will show in the resulting photos via poor lighting, background, poses, and/or editing. You can hire Jackie, a master with light and form, a Rembrandt with a camera, and you can have a masterpiece time capsule that you will treasure forever. As for her professionalism, she could not be lovelier to work with. She is kind, funny, engaging, and truly interested in YOU! She wants to learn about you and your family on a personal level, which I am sure helps her to take such soul revealing photos as well. You will have too many photos to choose from after your session, but she will assist you in choosing what is best for your space, or your family culture. As a side note, she teaches classes. When I bought my camera and had questions about lenses, she broke it all down for me at an affordable price point. This is a long review because I can't say enough good things about her. If you are trying to choose a photographer for an important milestone that you want to be perfectly captured, contact Jackie. You'll only regret it if you choose someone else then look through her gallery and realize that could have been "us."

We can't thank Jackie enough for capturing so many beautiful photos of our family's precious milestones the past few years! Not only is she incredibly talented and her photographs are beautiful, but she is so amazing with babies and kids. Our photo sessions are truly enjoyable and we feel like we are spending an afternoon playing around with our son versus having cheesy poses and fake smiles. Jackie has a beautiful studio, which is so inviting and comfortable and she is familiar with so many great locations for photo sessions. Also she has a lot of beautiful gowns for clients to wear, which I have used in a few of my sessions and have looked great in photographs. I highly recommend doing the 1st year package - we are 1000%+ satisfied with how my son's turned out and the photos and products are gorgeous. Jackie is so easygoing and enjoyable to work with. We look forward to doing another 1st year package with my new twin daughters and having Jackie capture memories of our family for years to come.
