Noah was amazing and deserves a five star review! He was able to resolve an issue quickly and professionally. I was very disappointed and upset when received my son’s senior pictures. People pay a lot of money to capture those memories and expect professional photos. First of all, the photographer was horrible, where were only few poses to choose from and they weren’t that great. Secondly, all the pictures came out either blurry or cropped wrong even though I didn’t make any adjustments. Noah was able to schedule a redo session, personally helped me to choose photos and turned the whole thing into enjoyable experience not only for me but for my son as well.

Reached out to the company after they took photos of my high school student and the photographer told him (and others) not to smile. This was confirmed by school staff. I wanted to purchase photos but do not want to purchase a photo of my child not smiling, I let them know they should talk to their photographers about it and the response I got back was basically calling myself, my child, and the staff liars. Never got a "sorry that was your experience" and when I responded they doubled down. Will NEVER use this company. Terrible customer service. Also retakes wont make his ID card any better.

Horrible quality. The most people have different skin color and hair color and are not recognizable on pictures. Even beautiful people get to look ugly. School staff and students’ families have been suffering for last couple years. Hope admins will take action asap. Looks like random unprofessional people work in this company who have no idea how to set the lights or mess it up for purpose.

I’m a bit disappointed. My daughter’s hair could have been at least fixed & especially her headband. Maybe get some disposable combs. I get they play, but knowing that, at least take some time to fix their hair. I remember when I was in elementary school, they did that and had a huge box of combs.
