As always they do such a good job in all their work. We have been going to D By L for many years. Just recently I had them embroider 4 towels with names. 2 of the 4 were perfect. However, they made a mistake in the spelling of 2 of them. But, as always, they were very professional and knowing the difficulty of removing a stitched letter was even seeking out replacement golf towels if the too they were working at got damaged in any way. Unfortunately for them, there were no more of these towels, in good condition, to be found.
Fortunately they were able to remove the stiches after several hours of delicate work and the towels turned out great! Thank you Mark and Connie!

I designed my own patch and sent it to Louise for embroidery. With her advice on coloring and expertise on sizing it properly, it came out PERFECT. She and her husband are very professional, kind, and attentive to detail. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and their customer service. Connie, Mark, et al are THE Go -To folks for leather embroidery, patch making, etc. They are renowned far and wide for their folksy, heartwarming and professional service. There are others in the area that provide this kind of service but they charge up to five to ten times as much for the same service without feeling like part of the family. When you have things done at Connie’s you know you’ve got more than your money’s worth. The best prices with their guarantee to make it right. They are in the business for the right reason - they love their customers.
One of the highlights for me in doing business with them is just conversing with Connie (she feels like “Mom”) or swapping stories with Mark on the front porch on a beautiful Arizona afternoon. Life seems brighter after spending a bit of time in their company.

Finding words sufficient enough to describe the genuine appreciation for Connie's dedication, and loyalty to her clients, is a tall order. The first time I went to her, she went above and beyond, to ensure the job was done on time AND displayed flawless craftsmanship. Best customer service!! My husband needed a VERY quick turn around for his Army uniforms after Bos Sewing failed to have his uniforms ready on time, and thankfully we found this gem! We picked up his uniforms (that had been at Bos for 5 days, untouched) and brought them here, where they guaranteed they'd have the uniforms done by the end of business that day—which happened to be 3 hours later! I highly recommend Designs by Louise for any embroidery or sewing needs!!
