The store itself is very nice, with lots of displays and products of various games.

The staff however is not great. The person who ran the event I was in has a very brash attitude, and overall did not make me feel very welcome to be there.

The staff also seemingly did not know the price for their own event that was happening that day?! I had to show online where it said the price, because otherwise I would've been charged $5 extra.

Also, the ultimate sin of game stores, smelling bad. The patrons were actually not the culprit in this case, but rather a staff member, if you can believe that.

I hope I don't need to come back here in the future, as I would much rather go to other game stores in the area if they're running similar events. (I will not name said stores in order to not advertise here, but at least one other does exist in Sierra Vista)

Amazing staff and even more amazing merchandise. This may be labelled as just a game and comic book store, but there's much more than that. If you're any type of nerd, you'll most likely find what you want here! They have a vast variety of options that all ages can enjoy.

A bit pricey with some items, however, plenty to select from; comics, novelty items, table top games. Check with staff for when they are having table top events. Everything from Starwars to War Hammer 40k. Do not get upset when you go in and no 1 greet you, at times they are consumed by the table top games or other customers occupying their attention.
Located in the Mall @ Sierra Vista so you will be limited to the Mall hours. I do feel this is a far better location than when they were on Fry Blvd. Near Spencers and Dillards.

The staff is not helpful. Not safe for kids with the staff conversations that go on. Very adult and 53Xua1 talk, if you know what I mean and I think you do!

Came with my girlfriend specifically to make a purchase.
I wasn’t greeted.
I was told to hold on.
Staff was more concerned with their game than making a sale.
Poor service guarantees, I won’t return.

Trash. Doesn’t support the country that lets them own a shop like this to begin with. Sad a veteran won’t even display the flag people died for. Won’t be shopping here again

Sorry… forgot to mention how the store employees calls the US flag “gross” and that we have tyrannical government.. funny how you talk about crushing regimes that implemented true tyrannical practices but allow employees to claim they live in a tyrannical nation that allows them to push their anti-American practices.. sounds like you learned nothing from those tours bud

Great family friendly environment! The staff truly cares about their customers. They go the extra mile and will teach you(to include kids) games, help you put together figures and even show you how to paint them. They have table top rpg sessions too
