It was a pleasure working with Charmaine and Mark. Decent selection and very helpful in choosing our carpet and expediting installation. The cross-section oak plank used for the show room's countertop were magnificent and great conversation pieces with Mark. Charmaine was upfront about the limitation on delivery from the east coast but in the end, it all worked out. Great communication. And I can say she can handle a forklift. Their preferred installer Jimbo was excellent. Prompt and professional, explaining the various techniques he used in laying the carpet and ensuring it would not fray. Overall, a fine transaction and we will use them again.

Called to get a quote, Lady was super rude and hung up in my face for no apparent reason. I see why they only have 4.2 stars, please take a course on customer service!
