We had our kitchen and three bathrooms remodeled this past fall. We were so glad we chose KB Crate to do our projects. The process was seamless from beginning to end. Every employee, wether it be the first phone you make, to the sales rep, the designer, the project manager, all the hard workers that you come across, makes you feel like your project is important and they are truly happy to serve you. They make your vision for your home a reality. The workers are punctual, respectful of your home, pay close attention to detail and are really a pleasure to see every day. While I was anxious to enjoy my newly finished kitchen & baths, I actually missed seeing some the guys everyday. 😊 I appreciated the day-to-day schedule you receive before the project starts. I liked knowing what was happening everyday (start and finish dates). Communication was awesome. I appreciated how clean they left my home daily. They were accommodating with a few last minute changes I had in mind and always listened. It was a pleasure to work with KB Crate and their crew. We are glad we made the decision to go with them. Kitchen & Bathroom Crate are professionals. As long as you have a concept of what you want, they can make it a reality. We remodeled two bathrooms from tub/shower to just a shower. Between our Sales Rep, Sam, and our Designer, Casey; they helped us pick out the engineered tile slabs; sinks; faucets; and paint color for the walls and vanities. We refurbished our bathroom vanities, which saved us a lot of money. The end result of the refurbished vanities are beautiful- colorful with a clean look. Rich P., our Project Manager, provided us a work schedule as to what will get done on a certain day; and how long the whole project will take to complete - very transparent operation. I like the way Kb & Crate employs all workers in house: plumbers, electricians, painters, and tile layers. For our glass shower doors, they go with the best: Don’s Mobile Glass. Now we have beautiful glass doors.
If you do not have time to shop around for different contractors, Kitchen & Bathroom Crate is an excellent “One Stop Shop” for remodeling your kitchen and bathroom.

We had an absolutely AWESOME experience with Kitchen & Bath Crate Company! From the 1st phone call to the final day it was such a pleasure to work with this professional company.
Bill, our project manager, gave us daily updates and regularly visited to check in on the process. EVERYONE that worked on our kitchen was professional, on time, detail oriented and got the job done!
We LOVE our updated kitchen and have received so many compliments. We would not hesitate to use Kitchen & Bath Crate for any and all of our future remodels. It was so refreshing to work with a construction company that delivered everything they promised!
If you are considering a remodel in your home we highly recommend calling them, you will not be disappointed!

We are thrilled with our master bathroom project. The remodel process was well executed and completed on time. The Kitchen & Bath CRATE team was attentive to detail, responsive to questions, and respectful of our home. From meeting with the design team, demo day and throughout construction, it was apparent the main objective was to make sure the customer was satisfied. Even if you are a DIYer like me…I highly recommend KBCrate! It was quick and painless! They were all such great people to work with. Top notch quality products and service! Now I just wish I had more money so they could do all of my home improvement projects!
