Had a blast! I originally had made my reservation for three games but I realized after the first game that I definitely need to on work on my cardio these days (You will definitely hit your steps goal if you are monitoring them on your smartwatch ). So I asked the manager if it was okay to just play two games instead of three, She said “no problem” and gave me a refund for the third game in a gift-card which I have no problem with because I will be coming back! It’s a lot more fun with a bigger group of people, Invite your friends and family, You will not regret it.

So glad we chose Lasermaxx to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. We booked a private package so we were able to have the arena for play time for just our friends and family which was great. I opted for a personal reserved host last minute and I’m so glad I did! Our party host Andres was the absolute best! I brought a bunch of our own decorations and he was so helpful with putting everything out. He was eager to help! I was worried all my requests would start to annoy him but he never hesitated to assure me that he was there to help with whatever was needed. Andres made my experience as a parent who was hosting absolutely stress free! He was great with the kids and all the other parents and I’m so glad I had him with me during the whole duration of the party.

I threw my son's 11th birthday party here. I bought the largest package and it was worth it! The employees were great over the phone before the party. They explained everything very well. They called to touch base with me a week before the party and were always responsive and knowledgeable when I called with questions.

The party hosts day of the party were also great at directing the group. All of the kids and parents that participated had so much. Even my 4 year old nephew was able to participate with the help of his mom. They had a cute vest for him. They explained the rules and equipment very well, and all of them worked. The room where the game was played is huge with multiple floors and ramps going up and down. Both adults and kids had a lot of fun.

The party room was huge and accommodated everyone. The restaurant they partnered with had delicious food. My son is allergic to nuts, soy, and seafood and all the food were allergy safe. The cake from cold stone was delicious and was allergy safe too.

Overall it was a great experience and worth it!

Brought my daughter here to play a couple of games and we both had a blast. Staff was very friendly and explained the process well.
The arena is much bigger than expected which made for lots of extra fun navigating the 3 levels inside.
We'll definitely be coming back!

We hosted a teen birthday party & the kids ALL had a blast. Also, found the pizza and room set up super convenient and enjoyable!

We’d DEFINITELY recommend this as a venue for a fun, interactive group event ahead.

Plus, we just learned that you could do drop in sessions for an afternoon outing as well. GREAT option for rainy day events.

Team was very communicative prior to the party (e.g. answered questions within 48 hours) and called the day before to confirm the party. Day of they set up the room with our decorations and helped with the kids (6years). Check out was quick and easy. This was a stark contrast to my experience in February with my other son’s birthday (limited communication and day of was very disorganized). I will
say this party was on a weekday so much less hectic, if at all possible I recommend a weekday birthday party. Overall the kids had a blast and can’t wait to go back!

We got the Max package which gave us a party room and pizza/drinks for 8 kids. However, 2 of the kids in our party got hurt- one by another child that wasn’t part of our group (the arena is a mixed crowd). Wish there were cameras inside while they were playing so adults can see what’s going on within the arena. It would have been much more entertaining and safe! Otherwise the kids had a great time.
