We went in to get a letterman jacket and we're very impressed! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. We are very impressed with the high quality jackets! They also do custom embroidery and printed shirts!

I had taken my design to a local hat place in Pomona, they did a sub par job. I Was not happy. I found funky monkey and decided to give them a try in my last ditch effort for a clean embroidery look. John was great to work with. He said he can clean up my design and make it look sharp and boy was I impressed. I will be taking my business to funky monkey from here on out. The top photo was the Pomona shop and the bottom was funky monkey.

To be clear, if it wasn't for their work product, this would be a solid 1 star. To be fair, when they do finally get around to your order (if at all), there are no complaints (we've had two kids' worth of letterman's jackets, among several other projects, so have a long and varied experience with the company). Unfortunately unless you're not dictated by time or have a deadline, you will be sorely disappointed. I can fully understand providing an "estimated" date, but when that date is off by not only days but weeks, therein lies the problem. Will be looking for a competitor from now on.

I needed 2 name patches embroidered for a motorcycle vest and had no clue where to go. Not only did my request get completed quickly, they turned out perfect! Thank you for your wonderful service and for completing my request so quickly. This was my 1st time using your company but it definitely will not be the last. If you need it done on time, don't bother going here!!! This is the message my wife sent me in regards to their timeliness.
"We went Friday April 1 and they had everything but one patch. But they were to work on the design from the back. I took them the other patch Monday April 10th.

It took another 2 weeks for them to get the design on the back done and that with me calling calling calling.

Then they sent me the design April 25th

I had to call again to find out when it would be done. Oh a machine went down we are 3 days behind. No you are week behind we needed it April 20th

I call yesterday May 9th or it will be ready tomorrow May 10th - we need to put the design on the back and his quote

Ok so I can pick it up Thursday May 11th - yes

Three weeks later 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬"
