Last night we had a huge issue with one of our garage doors and we were only able to shut it half way. We called Garage Door Ninja's this morning and Zeke was here promptly at 10:00 a.m. He spent an hour working on our garage door and now it opens and shuts better than it ever has before. Alex is the absolute BEST! He is extremely professional, reliable, and arguably one of the kindest humans out there. He helped me fix an issue with my garage door that had broken springs. He was extremely accommodating and honest. He is so careful and knowledgeable. As I understand, things commonly go awry with this kind of work. I felt comfortable knowing that he was a professional. He also made doubly sure to make sure everything was just right before he left the service visit. I have his super awesome business sticker now in my garage so when it comes time for a garage door replacement, he will definitely be getting the call. One of my garage doors failed and I did a search for repair company. One came up right here in Holiday Island with perfect Google reviews. I called and spoke with Alex who advised an employee would be following up with a phone call. It was only a few minutes when Zeke was knocking on the front door. Wow I was impressed! He was just down the street when Alex provided my service request. Within 10 minutes he had replaced the J bar and I was so excited. I understand the reason for the five star rating.
