They don't do qr codes! It should say that on there page so people don't drive all the way there just to be told we don't do qr codes!

Great customer service. I went there to ship 2 packages that I had labels for. They asked that I email them the labels (perfect! Why are so many business afraid of tech?) and I did so. I showed up about 20-30 minutes later, she checked the email, printed em out, taped up my boxes and shipped them. She was going to charge me 22 cents for the printing of labels, but I forgot my stuff and she went ahead and covered it. Now I have to go back and pay for some shipping services! Anyhow, very helpful, very easy, very polite/nice and saved me a 20 mile drive to Redding and back (FedEx store on Churn).

Will definitely be going back for my shipping needs.

I highly recommend Dan's I absolutely love this place they have been my personal mailbox as service for almost 8yrs now and I'm extremely satisfied. The customer service is excellent and the price is lowest in Shasta county.

Watch your bill closely. I rent a box for 3 months back in 2011. They do not allow you to put box number on the address (something not right, maybe they hide their business from post office?), so I decide to quit. But I did not check my credit card statement. On March 2012, they charged me $36, then on Sep 2012, they charged me again for $72. I contacted credit card company, and I was able to recover $72, but not the $36. Credit card company told me that dans mail box told them, that is the charge for internet? Internet? That is ridiculous. Do they even have internet service? Are they charter? I already contact BBB for help.

I think this place is a gem that not alot of people.know about. They ship for you. You can get your mail here. It's never busy. And connie is the best.
