What to say about the Vision Sanctuary….I took the “painting with organic forms” class over the weekend. Not only did I grow immensely as an artist, but I had a legitimately wonderful and relaxing time, it felt like an act of self-care. The owner of the sanctuary and teacher of the class (Rachel) is approachable, patient with her students, a joy to work with and a master at her craft! Most of the students in the class had little to no painting experience, and every one of us created a beautiful and unique painting that we got to take home. All the painting/drawing supplies provided were of remarkably high quality, and the information on how to use and take care of the supplies correctly was thoroughly explained.
The space itself is a tight squeeze, but tastefully filled with some of the most captivating and beautiful artwork I have ever seen. The love poured into this space is palpable from the second you walk in. If I could pay yelp money to give a business more then 5 stars I would. Wether you are a novice or advanced artist, try one of the workshops and check out the gallery.
