I got something from this store and it had to be ordered. I go to pick it up and the guy just opens it without me saying yes or no. He took all the papers out of the box. I had seen a SD or similar card sitting on the table infront of him after he took it out if the box, I get home and its not there. If I could I'd give these thieves 0 stars. No receipt, no psychical documentation if any kind. Very poor, unprofessional, and they don't listen
I told the guy no on something and he did it anyways. /:
EDIT: was told to contact, never got a way to contact them.. /: So apparently you don't care about customers. Since the phones are answered with some sort of tech.. something that started with a "M" like a name or something, and not "AT&T" So I don't know who I'm calling until I ask. And I'm pretty sure it's illegal to run a business within another one, specially one such as "AT&T" Not sure if it's their technicians there, but if the store has "AT&T" Then that's what I thought it was.. guess not

Matt was the representative that helped me and he has and always been a great pleasure to do business with! Not to mention his boss meme! She has handled our account from day one and I can definitely say I approve of her training with her staff! Very amazing people and has been for years that I have had an account there! I say I have had an account over 8 years! Always satisfied! The entire crew are amazing! I'm very satisfied with the service 100% I will for ever be a satisfied customer!

Mimi and the staff at this Location are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to assist in any problematic areas I was experiencing. She spent a good hour and a half trying to unlock and factory reset my phone. The only reason that she stopped was because it was closing time. She went out of her way to get me a good deal to switch providers

I went to AT&T Store in Burney.Cal to see if there was a Verizon person there to help me put min on my cellphone, but the lady said they didn't have anyone there to help me with that, so then I asked her if they had any special on cellphone, & that's when I bought new a New Cellphone.

I had a wonderful experience at AT&T on the 1st of November 2023, my answer to there question; #1 it's was a 4, 2 was 1, 3 was capital A, because I was the only customer there! 4 was a wonderful 1, Thanks 4 asking..

Went to Mad Mountain AT,&T for some help with my cell phone. I do not have AT&T but the girls at MM we're very helpful and quickly solved my problem. They were sweet and gracious and invited me back if I have any other issues. I will take them up on their offer as I do have an issue with my fitnus watch. See you soon ladies¡!

The main issue we have is when you purchase a "life long" screen protector. (You get a free protector when needed, but it also was $45). But.... they also don't carry them and the customer has to pay for it to be shipped to their store!! I think that should be mentioned when you purchase their way high priced screen protector so each time its $10 to be shipped. I can buy 3 screen protectors for just the price of the shipping!!. We won't purchase their $45 protectors anymore, that's for sure!!
