I had a horrible experience with a company I hired online to revamp my company's web site. At first they seemed credible and although I thought I did my due diligence they ended up being scammers and even attempted to hijacked my web site domain address. At this point I didn't know what to do or who to trust as I was worried about permanently loosing my domain to the scammers. Kacy was recommended to me by a good friend of mine and business associate. I immediately reached out to Kacy and discussed my situation with her over the phone. Kacy immediately made feel like I found the right person to help me with this situation. She was polite, sympathetic and extremely understanding of my situation. That same day she went to work for me and managed to recover my company's web site domain address. Although it may not have been easy she was persistent and worked after her closing time to ensure we recovered our domain address.

The next step was making a whole new web site from scratch as the other company basically hijacked my web site. She was amazing to work with, complete night and day from the two previous web designers I had previously worked with. Her work ethic is impeccable and the communication was clear and concise. We gathered the content she needed and in a few short weeks she delivered a web site beyond my expectations.

I am truly grateful to Kacy for all her help and hard work on my web site. My only regret is finding her sooner. From now on, I will contact her for all things web related.
