Good photos, but ordering the printed photos is such a pain and full of hassle. My child's school used them and upon ordering, they gave us printed photos that are all the same pose and not the ones we selected. We complained about it but communicating with them took forever. They never responded to emails.

Playful Portraits arrived on time and were very professional. They had excellent equipment, backgrounds and props. In spite of some students' gloomy moods, the photographer tried to capture smiling shots of all of them. The photographer was unflappable even when we, the teachers, caused her grief. As a result of Don's listening to our needs, we were able to have a picture day that in every way suited us. Looking forward to seeing the portraits in a few days!

Our daughter’s preschool had picture day on a Thursday and proofs were ready the very next day on Friday. We were stunned at how fast they came back. The photos came out amazing and we were shocked that our 2 year old daughter, who doesn’t love a camera in her face, smiled very big in all 3 poses that we have to choose from. We are impressed by the photographer’s skills in getting this babe to smile and pose so well!

Playful Portraits took pictures of my son's preschool. He is special needs and sometimes needs help posing for pictures. They were able to get a great shot of my son's smile and I'm sure getting him to sit was no easy task. The website for ordering is cute and easy to manage with smaller packages that are affordable (or larger ones, if you care to spend the money) and add-on options to modify your package to suit your needs. I just ordered, so I have yet to receive my prints, but I am really glad we have a good picture of my son.

Great smiles and expressive poses. Wonderful for young children. My girls don't usually get good photos on the first try at the portrait studio, or even the photographer that comes to our house. But year after year, Playful Portraits gets good school photos of my little one.
