Very bad Dealer…

I made a reservation yesterday, and I came today all the way from riverside one hour away from my home to pick up the truck, and the lady at the Front desk said they don’t have any Trucks available. Ok, Young lady, then why did you accept the reservation? Why you didn’t cancel or call as the other branches do. Even she does not want to bother herself and give an alternative like other trucks, even though they have trucks available.
That’s ridiculous; definitely not coming back, and I don’t recommend this location.

This is the only negative review I've ever left on a company page. I would not recommend this location EVER. My husband and I had a tight timeline on when friends could help us move so we needed to pick up our uhaul and get it back to our house before noon. The location is strange as it is located behind where the gps take you. When we found the correct area for pick up the employees said they could not find the U-haul keys. They spent 40 minutes looking for the lost keys. This mess-up caused our whole moving day schedule to be thrown off and we did not have the help we thought we would. Go to a different location or use a different company.

The worst service ever encountered. I had the DISpleasure of dealing with the GM Daniel Desmond. What a joke for a General Manager UHaul should definitely raise their management standards. The guy showed no sense of urgency with like 8 people in line waiting, then he says “I don’t see your reservation and I have nothing for you” ok 1st off is that really the best way to talk to a customer? Secondly maybe you should offer a solution to your customer? That’s a thought. Save yourself the negative experience and don’t give this location any business they don’t deserve it at all!

They closed a hour before they were suppose to! This location is very difficult to drop off and pick up from since there is no to park. Also be careful in this area too there’s lot of litter and broken glass.

They offer pick up 24/7 but don't have any vehicles available within a hundred mile radius. And the youngster there was very rude and cut me off every time I tried to speak so I just left.
