I usually don't give bad reviews but I was very disappointed with the service at this FedEx location. I walked into the office with a large, heavy box (40 lbs.) and I approached the counter. A lady told me I need to scan the package at the machine toward the entrance. Lugged the large box back toward the entrance and I was expecting to see a hand scanner to scan my box. But they don't have a hand scanner, just a scanner mounted to the shelf so I had to lift and maneuver the box so that the mounted scanner was at the right angle to scan the barcode. I'm sure they have a scanner behind the counter that she could have scanned with but she directed me to the mounted scanner knowing how large and heavy the box I was trying to ship. After scanning I lugged the box back over to the counter and she asked me to carry the box behind the counter and place it toward the back of the store because it was so heavy. Yeah it was heavy, she wouldn't scan it but wanted me to place it where she wouldn't have to lift it. As I left I said "Thanks" and didn't even get a reply. So the lady that was working at 2:00PM on Monday, 8/19/24, provided terrible service and I would hesitate returning to this location.

Jason is so incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and helpful — I cannot even believe the level of customer care he continually gives! I've been here many times now and refuse to ever print or ship elsewhere. The effort Jason spends to make your projects perfect will blow you away; people like this just don't typically exist. He also always takes the time to really listen to what you want -- even if you don't totally know yourself — and make brilliant and economical recommendations.

As a habitual procrastinator, he’s absolutely saved the day for me MANY a time -- with both shipping and printing services. His turn-around time is unparalleled, and I can't even articulate the level of gratitude I have for that. So thankful to have found the best of the best -- a store with such integrity, competence, and friendliness — and one that truly cares about their community.

I just met newer team member, Pat, and am not surprised that she is absolutely exceptional too. How does this location manage to hire THE kindest and most competent people around Both Pat and Jason are the definition of “going the extra mile.” They always exceed my expectations and obviously take such pride in their work.

Thank you, Jason and Pat! Faith in humanity: restored. I don’t know how this location doesn’t have strictly 5 stars, because this crew will always somehow put a smile on your face, and they’re truly the gold standard of FedExes.

I operate in the OR 6 out of 7 days a week and often work 5am to 7pm. As such, it’s extremely difficult to be present for signed deliveries. I was expecting a bike from Fedex to help get me to the hospital while my car was being used by an international colleague. FedEx couldn’t deliver my bike to my house when I was home. The package was too large to fit in my car. I’ve called FedEx over 10x this past week to find a solution. I contacted managers and spent over 60 minutes trying to get help. I was left with “callbacks” that never came and was becoming extremely frustrated. On a day I got off early, I finally decided to just go to FedEx and build my bike outside the shop. John was a ray of sunshine in this hurricane and went above and beyond. He tried finding the mailman for route to see if delivery at this time was possible. Sadly it wasn’t, but he didn’t stop there. Not only did he unwrap my package (bike), but built my bike, put the wheels in brake pad, and charged the battery. He helped me find a place to pump my tires and sent me on my way (all the while helping other customers coming in the office) 1000/10 service. He is someone who helps those in need. I’ve never experienced so much kindness from a stranger, nonetheless, an employee. I sincerely hope FedEx supports him as much as he has supported me, TREMENDOUSLY

I am A Black Disabled Man who visited this site today to be discriminate for being black and disable I could not get any help from any of the employees. I had asked if I could get some assistance because I only have one hand to used 2 ladies Came after Me and I still couldn’t get any assistance So I left because it was A self Service So I left If anyone Disable and Black you Need to go somewhere else Where your Color of Your Skin and Disabled No Will Ever Come to Assist you. I Will Never Come Back Again!!!

Picked up a poster that I had ordered to get printed. Service was quick. The person who had printed out my order had taken great care with it and did an excellent job beyond what I expected.

The service is good here. The store is unfortunately overwhelmed with fragrance. Immediately causes a migraine and nausea. If you are sensitive at all, find a different place. Please tone down the fragrance.

This FedEx shipping center is conveniently located near Redwood city DMV. I'm writing this review to give an appreciation to Jason for his wonderful customer service.
I had a disastrous day after losing my license and credit cards. Jason was incredibly polite, helpful and diligent! He could quickly find a work-around to get photocopies from a machine predominantly operated by credit cards. I recommend this store if you're running late for a DMV appointment!

They've dropped the ball several times. This was only the latest. 12/30/2020 visit in which they instructed me to go in-store to retrieve an undelivered package. It didn't add up so I call to confirm their instructions by name. 40 minutes of travel later I'm now *shown* it's not my package after-all. What the hello is that about?
