I have lived here for six years Kandis and Joseph are amazing. They always help with anything that we need they are on top of everything they fix any lights anything wrong in the apartment quickly. There’s always kept a safe clean environment and my kids have grown up there. Apartment manager is there for anything that you need she’s very understanding. I have enjoyed living here. She’s always had my family’s back and best interest ! We are blessed .

I love Riverbank Family Apartments! The best part of living here is the property manager, Kandis! She's an amazing apartment manager to have and an amazing person in general. I feel safe living here and I have to say the apartment complex is very clean, they still look brand new.

My husband and I lived here for almost 9 years! We always felt comfortable and loved our apartment management they were always so personable and helpful! The grounds were always kept so clean and the playgrounds made it a family oriented community. This place is perfect for little families and large with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. We would recommend these apartments to anyone and will miss living there!

I was out looking for apartments and we really like the riverbank Oakdale area and we came across riverbank family apartments. We talked to kandis in the office and she was so helpful in our search. She was so enthusiastic and informative. We’re definitely going to apply to move into her complex. And about the complex it is so clean. The playground looks really nice for our kids. And it even has a swimming pool!

I just moved to the area and am looking for housing for my family and I. So I stopped by Riverbank Family Apartments and spoke Kandis. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the complex as well as the surrounding area. Kandis was very friendly and went the extra mile to explain to me how the income based housing works. Also this is the nicest and cleanest apartment complex that I have ever visited. The complex looks brand new.

Kandis Leb the community manager is amazing! Her customer service skills are beyond skills I’ve seen. She’s very professional, friendly, the property is very well upkept and in excellent condition, she is very thorough! She is amazing to say the least.
