Very Frequent TJ Maxx/Marshall/HomeGoods shopper. This location is hit or miss, but it is the customer service that earns them such a low score. Went tonight looking for a purse, found a few other things, checked out.

On my way out there was an open box in the middle of the floor of purses. There was Kate spade on top that I was interested in. I reached down to get it and untangle it. Instead of offering help, an employee came up and yelled at me that I can’t be digging through that box.

Hey, how about asking if I need help? I literally just heard an employee asking - presumably a manager - what the four extra checkers could be doing because the store was so dead.

Do better. I walked out. Not sure I’ll be back to this location. Management can feel free to contact me.

Also, if customers can’t look at merchandise, leave it on the back, not up front in the middle of the sales floor.

I just love TJ Maxx, my only problem was waiting in line for 5 minutes for Alma C to get off her phone to check us out! Piss poor customer relations, she didn't even apologize for making two of us wait there while she played on her phone.

I had an interaction with Kallie at this location and it was so pleasant and memorable. Kallie helped me with items that I’m super passionate about and I greatly appreciate it. I frequent tj maxx/homegoods/marshalls 4-5 times a week and I’ve never had such a good experience as I did yesterday with Kallie at the register. Thank you for being kind.

Does TJ Maxx is conveniently located near interstate 80 and Sierra College Boulevard. The store has it all clothing home goods etc. This is a great place to find a last-minute Christmas or birthday gift. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife loves to shop at the store.

Lisa (Manager) and Brad (cashier) were both amazing. I took in a shirt that shrunk horribly in the wash and Lisa provided assistance with the return and approved due to quality defect. She couldve refused but made it right for me. Thank you for the great customer service!!
