Advanced Internet Technologies did an excellent work of building my new website from scratch. I love it and appreciate the hard work they have put into developing an elegant website for me. I am impressed by the professionalism and skills of the developers working there at the company. Their focus on quality and continually communicating with me regarding the progress of my website is a welcome change compared to the previous developers that have worked for me. I have been using them for quite a while now with no problems for domain purchasing. However, I discovered recently that they require extra payment to re-direct a website and despite the fact that I did it for a customer they are still not redirecting it!!! Very bad service and the fact that you have to pay to redirect a website is just unbelievable!!! One star for you guys. I'm sorry.

Looks a dodgy scam company. I have never interacted or heard of this company before.

But have suddenly gotten credit card transactions of thousands of dollars being billed from these guys. The bank have also informed me these transactions are unsecured.

All I can say is they are not legitimate, unprofessional, and do not have quality designers or developers. I was correcting spelling mistakes and walking them step by step through the design process. Even after weeks and months of back and forth. They now sent my account to collections when they didn't even do their part to build the website correctly. Mispelled words was the least of infringements. I am not the best speller but I think that should be a basic requirement of review before you send a staging link. They also would put distorted pictures. The fonts were horrible and nothing compared to the example website they showed me. I ended up having to search my own pictures from canva. The process was strenuous but I was hopeful that it would get done but unfortunately they said if I wanted to continue that I had to pay hundreds of dollars additional and that I had to also pay additional for the font that I chose from the website they gave me to chose from. Finally I said since this is not going to work and you guys cannot complete the site; I will need a refund for the monthly payments I sent already for a site that was not live at any point. They said no and that is not part of the contract and sent my info to a credit collections company. To me it's just good business or customer service that you have to recognize when you fall short on what you promise can be done and make some kind of remediation to have customer satisfaction. I don't usually do this negative review too much. But it was very necessary for me to take time to express my experience and warn as many others as possible. If you want to continue be my guess but proceed with caution and make sure you communicate in the front what they can and cannot do.

I have had a dedicated server with AIT for close to 3 years now and I have had great service. Their customer support has always been able to help me with any issues, or at least direct me to the right area if it is not in their control. I have not had any problems with spamming, or other issues. As a web designer, I host several hundreds of domains and have no complaints from my clients. If I did, I would leave AIT in a heartbeat because it's my livelihood. So far, I am very happy with them.

We have been using them for two plus years and they are wonderful. Their uptime is great and the support can't be beat. Jennifer and Will handle all of our support and they are the best.

We have two dedicated servers with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hosting company. Their rates are some of the best we found when we were looking for a new hosting company.

Be very careful with this company's trial offers!!!! They offer $1 trial, however, they will give you server access around 2 days later (I am not sure why it takes so long), Their next transaction will start from the day you sign up, instead of you receive your server details. Make sure you cancel your PayPal connection to this horrible company well in advance.

I got charged for the second month. Ok, my bad not disconnecting it earlier, but they deleted the server before my paid period finishes.

Stay away from this company, try another one!!!!
