I hired Instaboost to manage the ads for my service based business. I was very clear when we started to ask what my expectations should be. They were very confident and led me to have very high expectations.

During the process they were never up front with me as to what was going on. I was told ads were launching after week 1, then when zero leads at the end of week 2, I was told they weren't trying to get leads yet and rather just learning. Then zero leads at the end of week three and I was told they were fine tuning (but they were spending my ad budget). Then one poor lead came in week 4 and that was it.

I paid them $1,500 to manage my ads and they created 1 lead.

The $1500 was just for ad management. They also spent close to $500 on ads.

So my cost, roughly $2000 for one bad painting lead.

When I told them I wouldn't be working with them moving forward and would like a refund of some kind, I wasn't taken seriously and all they offered was more work and how they would do better month 2.

1 painting lead for $2000 does not equal anyone wanting to continue working with them.

They absolutely did not hold up their end of our deal and offered nothing back to me after failing me.

$2000 was my entire marketing budget for the month and I got zero jobs with it. They legit damaged my business as we didn't have adequate work the following month.

I would highly advise against them for anyone looking for lead generation.

These guys are scammers. They charged me for months after I canceled, I finally noticed and asked for a refund. They refunded half and said they couldn't refund the rest because it was over 90-days old. I asked them to send a wire, they said they couldn't. Finally I ATTEMPTED to get them to build me a decent website, it was AWFUL. All of their services are AWFUL which is why I canceled in the first place. Finally I decided to cut ties and just requested a refund for half of the remaining amount since somehow they claimed it took $5k worth of work to build a terrible landing page. I sent them an invoice for them to pay the $5k. They paid it and then within a month they DISPUTED the charge trying to get their money back. I have screenshots of them agreeing to pay it. LITERAL SCUM - STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

These guys are absolute scammers. They charged me after I canceled for about 6 months. I canceled because their services are terrible and the "marketing manager" who never canceled my contract was fired for "similar things like that". Legit scum - stay away with a 10 foot pole.

By far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Suegene is very knowledgeable and I love her communication. She updated me constantly and replies to all my messages in a timely manner. As a business owner myself I completely understand how important it is to keep a customer updated and have constant communication with them. Hundreds of dollars spent the first few months produced no results for my business. This lead to Instaboost decreasing my monthly rate which was swiftly followed by them reducing the rate even more--to FREE!--because they had managed to increase my ranking by 0 in 4 months. This despite their 90 day guarantee for TOP 10. Five months later (so 9 months with their "service") I'm still not ranked at all. I've finally cancelled but absolutely feel like they took my money and ran. Reps were always pleasant so just know what you're getting into.
