We are so appreciative of AIMS support and to all the staff that has guided us over our 10 years using AIMS. My warehouse quickly learned all the features. It was one stop shopping for order entry/ picking/packing/invoicing , sending data to our factor and then commissions to the sales teams.
Data can be looked at in various ways.
Custom programs can be created- we used one for packing in the China factory.
We highly recommend AIMS for easy of use.

The WORST company ever!!!!!! After subscribing and paying their HIGHLY EXAGGERATED FEE for over 5 YEARS, we decided to leave and they SUED us for tens of thousands... This is the type of business you as an emerging brand should run away from. They are a lot of great options out there that does require contract or cost an arm and a leg to use a basic software operation system. It's 2019, this type of product should be at best $99.00 a month not $999... I hope you as a designer and emerging brand read this review before you signed that slave contract and use our experience to save your business from sinking.

I've only been using AIMS360 for a few months but so far I find it very user friendly. They have excellent customer service and when I have needed help, I have gotten answers to all my questions quickly.
