We went with them for a pretty complex addition to our house, and it was the best decision we made throughout the whole process. In addition to helping us choose a great design, Alex and Ming guided us through the whole process, and were a hugely valuable source of advice when we encountered some unexpected obstacles along the way with permitting and construction.

We have used Alex twice in our current home. The first project was a complete remodel which created a nice master suite in a compact second floor, and expanding our kitchen from a tiny L-shape into a full U-shape modern kitchen. He also gave us a great design idea in creating a laundry closet and half-bath on the first floor . I think he is a space-magician!

The second project is connecting our detached garage to the two-story house. The detached garage has been our family's sore during rainy days or grocery days. Alex assured us that connecting the garage with a new family room is a great feasible idea- and he is correct!

He helped us through communications with the planning department and interviewing with contractors and eventually guided us through the completion of the project step by step.

Both projects were completed on time, on budget. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who wants to do house expansion.
