Not sure what all the negative comments are about. Had a great experience with Allegiance staffing. I needed work and they were more than willing to help me. I appreciated being able to do different kinds of assignments. What was nice was once an assignment was over you do an exit interview and you tell Allegiance how the assignment went. I spoke with Alicia, and it was nice to see someone who cared. getting my paycheck mailed or driving all the way to primary was a little difficult so I just switched to direct deposit and didn't have a problem after that.

This agency deserves no stars… The whole staff was very unprofessional when speaking to them over the phone there was no kind of defense for me as their employer to the temporary assignment. There was a confrontation onsite at a contracting assignment. I contacted the agency immediately, Unfortunately I was not able to get any help from Allegiance staffing, I called to speak to Human Resources, Which they dont have available to speak with... I informed them I would not be returning. I asked them if they had ever met with the employer prior to working with the agency.. The working conditions to the company were unsanitary as well as the toxic environment they provide their employees to go to. The pay was always an issue with the agency, and now so is getting a W2 from them.. Beware working with this agency no one needs to endure this kind of treatment!

Terrible experience! It started off ok. Had me thinking i was about to start working. Then sent me to the wrong work site. They told me they was going to pay me 4 hrs anyway for basically wasting my time. Still no job though! Do you think they paid me for them 4 hrs? I'm still waiting. It's been 3 wks and they still haven't gave me anything! Even though it was just $40, i couldn've put that in my tank since I stayed an hour away! Very unprofessional! Not reliable! Really not worth it, especially if you don't live out that way! There's better staffing companies out here better than them! Don't waste your time or gas!!! 👿

This is a TERRIBLE company to work for. Any good reviews is likely from them trying to make the bad ones go away. Don't be fooled. My boyfriend has worked with this "company" for several months and his check has not been correct not even once. It's always either late, or missing hours. Nobody in the office knows what they're doing. They take several weeks to correct simple mistakes. Oh, and if you have an issue, don't expect them to return your calls, you have to hound them. they're extremely unprofessional. The last straw was he is STILL waiting for a check from October 20th. It's nov 18. How ridiculous is that. Great place to work if you like working for free.
