I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with American Web Nerds and to warn other potential customers of their lack of professionalism, inefficiency, and negligence.

In May 2023, I paid $5,500 for web development and design services for my business. The project was estimated to be completed in 3 weeks. It is now 13.5 months later.

Despite the initial promise, the project dragged on for months with numerous inefficiencies and errors. Communication was poor, with basic instructions and corrections repeated multiple times. The quality of work was subpar, requiring constant oversight and corrections. Product packaging designs and website updates were consistently incorrect or incomplete.

The project was eventually abandoned. None of the new project managers contacted me or performed any services. This occurred despite my continuous efforts to advocate for my business needs over the first many months.

Due to AWN's lack of progress, I had to create the entire website and infrastructure myself and hire an external consultant to revamp the site. All the work that AWN was supposed to do was ultimately done by me and the consultant.

I requested a refund of $5,000, considering the value of the services that were adequately performed to be $500. My requests for a refund were met with silence and further delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response, further proving their negligence and lack of professionalism.

The experience with AWN has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. Their failure to deliver on promises, coupled with their unprofessional behavior and lack of response to refund requests, has caused significant strain on my business operations. Their neglect and inefficiency are well-documented in extensive email threads.

I urge others to avoid engaging with American Web Nerds. Their inability to manage projects efficiently and their refusal to address valid customer complaints or process refunds is unacceptable.

Stay away from this company. They will take your money and then disappear. We hired them to manage our website because Zack Anderson was so convincing that we would have our own manager and would have a 24 hour turn around. They made our changes one time and then created issues that of course cost more to get. Frank Jones was the worst. After I agreed to the additional work which then created another issue, indicating they needed to host our website in order to be able to make changes. He promised one year of hosting for free because of all the issues and then disappeared. Unable to reach anyone at the company. If they’re not out of business, they should be. Don’t believe a word they say.

Highway robbery. Stay away from this company. Stay away from anybody claiming to work with this company. They are scammers. This company isn't even operational. I paid money to have a website built, that website was never built. But they charged me over a thousand something odd dollars. Come to find out the company that they employed in the Philippines and in India they've been working those people without even paying them and then all of a sudden guess what American web nerds goes out of business.

Dale, Victoria Danielle and of course let's not forget the infamous Zach, who all promises have your website turned around within 24 hours blah blah blah. It's been well over a year and I'm still battling with the team in the Philippines to actually get my website completed. Stay away from the scamming as company

American Web Nerds is a great company! I worked with James Keith Washington as my PM. James was awesome to work with. He was very patient in explaining the concept of building my company website to me from top to bottom. He was gracious and accommodating when I made changes. His work is top-notch. He made sure he hit all the deadlines and delivered the an amazing finished product. I would highly highly recommend James anytime!

They will forcibly make you a write in a 5 star review to be able to move on with your account as per what Victoria Johnson had me do as well. Hince why all positive reviews have a name of employee included in there review.

After 3 months of delays my site was finally launched. To be honest I've seen high school students do a better job. All the layouts are WordPress and very generic to the point they look fake. They will use fake reviews as well as photos.

Once my site was launched I was informed I had to pay for a postal service so my customers would receive there parcels (in which none have made it to my customers for 2 months now) once I asked about why nothing has gone through... I never heard back from Victoria Johnson. Web Nerds will not text me, call me or email me back.

I am currently getting legal advice to recover the lost money I have spent.

0 Stars if I had the option.

Emma was great at getting my website produced. When I had issues and had to speak on the phone with Daniel, he was very hard for me to understand but was also very patient.
My dad was diagnosed with Cancer while I was trying to get my business up and running and the team from American Web Nerds messaged me everyday just to check on our family!
Would definitely use them again or recommend to anyone who needs their services.

"Disappointing Experience with American Web Nerds" My experience as been abysmal. Communication is a major issue. They built my website but have not created the social media pages or have they given me the credentials to login and manage my site. They have the credentials and keep logging into the site to make changes which is spooky to say the least. I have been sending emails for the past one month and they have not had the decency to respond back. It is disappointing to see such disregard for quality assurance and customer especially considering the importance of web applications in today's digital age. Additionally, their arrogance and condescension were hard to ignore.
In conclusion, my experience with American web nerds left much to be desired. From communication issues to a lack of focus on practical solutions, it's clear that they have some areas for improvement. it's clear that they have some areas for improvement. I hope they can learn to balance their enthusiasm for technology with a more user-centric and collaborative approach in the future.American Web Nerds you guys are the absolute Worst!!!
