It's a very cool place. If you're a tourist, must place to go see what makes Fairbanks unique and special. And bring any winter jackets that need new and stronger zippers with you.

Thank you so much for fixing my zipper pull so fast! I was worried about waiting over a week for my zipper to be replaced, but you have a good eye and were able to fix it by just replacing the pull! And now I don't need to live without my coat! ❤

I ordered/purchased a item from them. When I was at the store the lady helping me how I needed to wear the item and became annoyed when I asked any type of questions.

When I did place the order for the item it took forever to get, after months of waiting I had to call to learn the statues of the item just to find out that it was still not done and they could not and would not give me a time frame as to when it might be finished. I waited a few more months before calling back for an update just to find out, the item had been done for awhile, I had not received any calls from them to tell me that it was finished. The lady that I talked to was very rude and had horrible customer service.

After a few months of having my item I had to take it back to Apocalypse to get a two things fixed. when I first called the lady said that it would be at no charge being that I had gotten the item from them. They kept it for several days and still did not call me when it was finished, I had to call them. When I arrived at the store I was charged for what I was told would be free of charge being that I got the item from them, and one one of the two things were fixed.

I wish there were negative stars to give, I would highly recommend going to a different business.

I wear my Expedition Parka during my northern light trip at Coldfoot Alaska at the end of 2019. It is a big/huge parka but I must to say, it is a great and comfortable parka. No matter if it is -15F or -40F outside the temperature inside this parka is pretty consistent, not too hot and not cold too. If you do not mind about it's huge size, you will appreciate it's performance.

ps. almost all the drivers (bus, taxi, dog sledding) and tour guides I met at Fairbanks area know this parka and recognize Apocalypse.

Ordered a large alpine anorak, +2 on the sleeves. Fits great, I'm 6'2 and 200 lbs. First time I put it on I fell asleep in it while sit testing it(impatiently waiting for winter). Very excited to use it, I also got the hat and gloves and shall be ready for anything this winter.
