We renovated our home starting in early 2024. We visited Argonaut W&D and met with Ray Matel. Ray was wonderful at helping us to pick the right windows, skylight, and exterior/interior doors. We told Ray what we generally wanted and he patiently explained all the features, costs and trade-offs for the products we were looking for.

Once our windows and external door were delivered, Ray helped with follow up service to correct two missing window grills - which Argonaut corrected in a timely manner.

Purchasing our interior doors was difficult because our 1940's house had a specific door pattern that no door manufacturer was building. Ray helped us to find a very close match that looks almost identical the originals - at a great price point.

It was a pleasure to work with Ray - he was always there to answer our questions and never hesitated to help us. I would highly recommend Ray to any potential door and window customers.

We worked with Mike Bellagamba at Argonaut for our home rebuild needs; all of our windows, cantina bifold door, and all interior and exterior doors we ended up ordering with Mike. He went out of his way to give us an exceptional customer service experience; was so patient with all of my questions and back and forth emails. He always met us where we needed to be met in terms of budget and so I’ll say if you want to shop around don’t waste your time because these guys are the best priced. Even though he isn’t a Trustile rep, he still helped me with my interior and entry door needs and did a better job than the guy who is in charge of the Trustile door stuff over there. I feel like I’m part of the Argonaut family at this point!

Scott is an excellent salesman with incredible knowledge across all the ranges of Windows and doors that they carry. He was really helpful in helping us choose the right windows for our project. He got back to us with every question we had and was really helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Everything was going well until we have some defected products and then the support went out the window. Not helpful at all.

You would think after spending $100k on windows and doors they would want to do the right thing by you.

We worked with Mike Bellagamba (San Carlos) on multiple window orders and a La Cantina exterior folding door for our home remodel, and we'd highly recommend Argonaut for any windows and exterior doors.

Early in our remodel process, we contacted several companies about windows and bifold doors. Mike was incredibly responsive (responding within minutes, and even responded when traveling on vacation!) and knowledgable, helping us to narrow down our options and make smart decisions. If he didn't know the precise answer, he took the time and care to get it directly from the manufacturer. With other vendors we often had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer, but with Mike we could trust that he'd follow up immediately and accurately, regardless of whether our question was big or small. We also found Argonaut's pricing to be competitive and transparent, and they have multiple well-organized showrooms so it was easy to visualize the product.

The post-sales team was also great: shoutout to Tristen who helped with delivery and pickup details, and helped ensure we didn't miss critical deadlines in getting the items to our home. All items were on time and carefully delivered in excellent condition.

The remodel process can be overwhelming and complex, and Argonaut played a critical role in simplifying this process for us, with great results. We love our new windows and doors, and would work again with Argonaut in a heartbeat.
