It was a great experience. Kadir was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. He didn’t rush us even though it took us longer than expected to work on our lamps. He gave us the space to be creative and enjoy ourselves. We also got to snack on some Turkish delights and tea.

This was an awesome experience with Kadir making lamps! He was hospitable, kind, and did a great job explaining the process while laying out a foundation for success throughout the class. He was very responsive and accommodating as well for those of us that needed help. His dad jokes and genuine positive reinforcement were a nice bonus during the entire class when he was coming in and out of the room to check in on us. Oh and did I mention that he let us DJ the music? It was an absolute blast on the whole and I would do it again. Overall I would 10/10 recommend this class to anyone looking for a great and therapeutic time.

Kadir is an exceptional host and teacher for this class. It was great to make Turkish lamps and enjoy Turkish culture - he played a flute, played beautiful music through speakers for the entire class, and shared Turkish food and drink with us. Highly recommend the Turkish lamp class!

The rug tufting workshop was an absolute blast and truly one of the highlights of my time in the city! I had some free time to fill, and this workshop fit perfectly into my schedule. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience was fantastic. The instructor was not only incredibly kind and patient but also super knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made the whole process feel so approachable and enjoyable.

They took the time to explain how to use the tufting gun in a way that made it easy to understand, even for complete beginners like me. With their guidance, everyone in the group caught on quickly, and it was amazing to see how much progress we made in such a short time. The workshop struck the perfect balance—challenging enough to feel rewarding but never overwhelming or frustrating.

On top of that, the atmosphere was so fun and relaxing, and the whole space had such a creative and welcoming vibe. Lots of fun! The studio is spacious and clean. It was also my first time trying tufting, the instructor was very patient and helpful, and I’m very happy with the rug in the end.

Such a fun experience! Kadir is awesome! Even as a beginner, the instruction was easy to follow and our rugs came out so cute. The Turkish coffee and snacks were a bonus!

A weekend afternoon well spent with host, Kadir who was amazing to work with. Enjoyed the 3.5 hours: 10 minutes to pick the design, 10-5 minutes to draw and 2 hours tufting and 10-15 minutes to wrap up. Highly recommend this for fun & creative activity with friends or young adult kids.
