I ordered a Redlin print via Wild Wings on Nov. 30. So far I've got nothing but a charge on my credit card. I called to cancel and was told a customer rep would call me back. Nothing. I've sent multiple emails. Nothing. I received a UPS tracking number that's gone no where. Awating package. At the least they have poor customer service. At the worst they're a scam. I'd avoid them.

Thomas kinkade website uses this company to fulfill their orders. They are quick to respond but most likely I will never order from the site again. The timeframe is just ridiculous. I ordered my items on November 29th. It is now dec 12th and I have no idea what’s going to happen. I was told it would ship today the other day, with no updates. It’s coming close to Christmas and it’s ridiculous I have stuff for gifts. I could have taken the hour drive and went to the store and maybe had a quicker turn around. It’s upsetting to have to wait so long, now I have to wait even for it to literally ship and get to me. Praying I have it in time.
