Too bad we can’t put a zero star rate.
We had a 260$ Check and asked to split it with two different cards.
They have invoiced us twice and we asked to the waitress to cancel that second payment.
She told us that is was done, but it was not the case at all.
We had to struggle during almost two weeks with all the different services that didn’t understood our situation as it was very clear (and we had all the receipts and invoices attached). They were not comprehensive at all and didn’t admit they were wrong.
Anyway I do not recomend AT ALL this rooftop which didn’t even thought to propose a commercial gesture While they still had 250$ extra money during almost two weeks.
