They will care far more about getting your money than you as a customer. I was with them for 12 years, I made the mistake of not cancelling on time, but they wouldn't even pro-rate a refund. They made put in a cancellation request, to get my "refund request" reviewed, which they promptly quoted their stupid policy right back to me. They're not even out anything, it was 1 day, it's literally just numbers in a database. I realize I was a day late... but it's unreasonable to say "too bad, we got your money now and you get nothing". I'd be ok with someone working with me on something reasonable, like here, we'll deduct a month from the refund for our trouble. They don't care.

Arvixe has not hosted my website in almost three years, yet they charged my card for the next two years as a recurring charge and refuse to credit back the charge. They state I had to cancel 45 days before the charge for future hosting. I went through this same thing when they charged my card two years ago and refused to credit it back. They know they haven’t hosted my site this whole time yet are charging me again.

Crooks with very bad services and useless tech support. They raise my price 10% annually last years. Now they suddenly started migrating the server on September 2 and not done till October 17. They given deadline. I have no email service on 7 domains for over 3 weeks now and a web site down for a month . I lost my clients due to their horrible services.

Exceptionally BAD customer service. I needed to update by business website and could not connect to the Arvixe server through any of my FTP apps. I tried several days and finally submitted a ticket. No reply through a ticket. I tried their "support" page and the ONLY choice is a chat (with a 1 hour estimated wait time). So I thought I could use the control panel through my Arvixe account. That's when I saw the message that they are migrating their server and it will take over a MONTH!!! No email telling me about this migration. NOTHING. Time to find another web host.

New Review - Cannot even contact them for tech support. No phone number. Tried to email a ticket and it was rejected. Tried to create one in my control panel and it won't let me generate a ticket. Takes me to chat. But can't initiate a chat session! These guys are horrible! Worst hosting company ever! STAY AWAY! I am still trying to get my domains transferred away from these guys, but they seem to be holding some hostage! They should be shut down! So incompetent it's unreal!

Old Review - Guys are completely worthless. Have no clue. Can't get domains transferred easily...took weeks to get the DNS reset...should have taken that as a sign of things to come. Now, after hosting my site, it suddenly stops working. Their server appears to have gone down and they are telling me it's an issue with my code...how can that be if it worked until two days ago? These guys really need to get it together! Horrible experience so far! Been with them two years and won't renew!

This company would get zero stars if it were an available option. Take a tip from the other reviewers and stay away. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. There is zero customer support. Oh, they have a "chat line", but if you actually need something resolved, forget trying that. Their chat personnel are clueless and do not have the authority or expertise to resolve any issues. The only way to communicate with them is by "support" tickets to which they respond only after many, many days (if at all) and never with a solution that actually addresses your problem. They are by far the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND FAR AND AWAY THE MOST FRUSTRATING. Steer Clear of this hosting company....still trying to get my hosting cost refunded when they even admit that they can't host for my WebEasy program. They just take the money and run. BE WARNED!

Replying to their "verification emails" numerous times strangely never seems to get work, even after 30 minutes, at which point they want your to upload a color copy of your drivers license or passport. NO WAY, NO HOW!!! The reason I'm trying to cancel my account is because of the piss-poor security they have for the sites being hosted on their servers. And the super-slow chat support is also worthless. Horrible, horrible experience!!!
