I bought the new design of the year for my nephew’s birthday in December 2023. The employee unfortunately steered me to a smaller size saying this particular sweatshirt ran very large, like a size and a half. It was too small, so I took it back the very next week, no XXL left. I had been waiting, calling and asking monthly to see if more were printed. Four months later, the owner, Josh, said he would finally print them the week of the April 15th. No word. I called on the 19th, and at first he said that he wasnt going to do it at all because it’s not his fault I bought the wrong size! Then he says he’s doing me a favor by printing them and I should basically just keep waiting. When I said I’d come for a refund instead, he changed his tune and said he’d call me when he could get to it, but he was busy printing outside jobs. I was so angry, I just went to the shop and exchanged the sweatshirt for an old, tired design they had on the rack just to be done with it. The employee could hardly be bothered to help me because all his friends were in the shop like always. I used to buy my nephew an item from the store once a year, but now that I’ve gotten terrible customer service by the owner, my nephew says he doesn’t want to support this shop and either do I. Bad Fish, indeed!

99.9% of my experiences are good at BF. I'd like to compliment the new young man they recently hired during the holiday season. On this particular day, he wasn't trained enough to handle the holiday rush. Fortunately the customers were patient enough to work with him. He didnt fully understand the cash register. So, he wrote down questions, notes and phone numbers to make sure the customers were ensured exchanges and returns.

Attractive quality clothing, men's shirts ranging from $50 two nice shirts at half price hats shorts and an assortment of other things. Comfortable atmosphere dressing room available manager at the desk is very personable and polite. Parking available directly across the street check it out!

I love this store. Great place to get cool Pedro gear. Really good quality but with that comes a price of course. The staff is always very helpful. Only wish they had a bigger women's section.

Great hoodies that last. Super pricey for the logo. I bought my favorite Badfish hoodie for $80 and a very unique tshirt with SP and LB script and the Vincent Thomas bridge in the background for $30. Love the quality!! I'll be back!
