I lived here for 2 years, there’s good to this community and bad.
I’ll start with the good: the townhomes are nice, spacious and come with attached garages. The community has decent amenities but it’s large so they are crowded and is private and tucked away but not to far from some things to do (Santan marketplace etc).
Here’s the bad: parking is horrendous. Not entirely on the new management company because of a lack of space. However ParkM when paired with all city towing is effectively useless. You rent a spot leave it for 5 mins and it’s gone, it then takes the towing company anywhere from 2 hours to days (yes this has happened to us) to get back to you. In the meantime you can’t park anywhere because all of the already scarce spots are taken. Next, the leasing/management company is not particularly great. They were polite and helpful while we were residents but upon moving out the my tried to take almost our entire deposit to repair wear and tear items. This required a detailed email with pictures to dispute it to ultimately get a fair assessment of our home, it was in bad faith after we lived there 2 years. Kris is generally inaccessible and Megan can be confrontational when you push back. If you’re moving out take pictures and prepare to get overcharged for things you shouldn’t be charged for. Maintenance under the old management company was super knowledgeable about the property but once the change happened they seemed unaware on how to fix/replace things. You could probably chalk it up to them being new. There’s bugs all over the community, despite having pest control there are bugs everywhere like I’ve never seen before.
Ultimately our experience was great till the leasing company change over, prior to which we didn’t have too many issues. Community is nice but the issues we faced made our experience to the end awful.
