The reason for this rating is we have been dealing with bear designs for over 6 months and have had plenty of orders done. I can’t even count how many times Bear designs as a whole have been inconsistent with getting our merch completed even double charging us to get it done faster. So I don’t know if this is there plan to make more off customers because their finish product is great so we still find ourselves trying to use them but customer service and completion of work is horrible. Our clothes have been sitting at there shop for about a month and we still don’t know a price. I recommend talking to owner if your deciding to go with them because I haven’t seen any type of consistency and we’ve paid every time.

I love this place! Used them 3 times total, twice (including this week)I’ve put them on tight time crunches. They get ish done! Courtney was really amazing with me and their CS. This place is def. my go to for kid uniforms and hat stitching. Thank you so much Bear Designz for fitting me in. Every. Time. Easiest 5 Stars given. And their prices are top notch.
