I went this afternoon because I was having problems hooking my printer up to my computer. Eric from Geek squad was a great help. He took the time to tell me what was wrong with the computer and found out that I could not hook my computer and printer up with a cable like I wanted. He then recommended a a printer which I purchased and took the time to install the printer software and hook everything up so that all I had to do when I got home was plug it back in. He went above and beyond and am so thankful for all that he did. He was very patient and thorough.

Great experience the associate that helped us get a new coffee pot he had to look it up to see if they still had it they had one left he hunted it down went and got a ladder got it down for us great experience I highly recommend this place we got the black Friday deal down from 69.99

We went in to buy a tv. We had a wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable associate worked with us. Then we went in the next day to pick up our tv. We realized it would not fit in our vehicle. We were in a mess. We just moved here the previous day and knew no one. The manager Reggie literally offered to let us use his truck to take our tv home. We were shocked. So I can not recommend this store enough. Good people and good service. Thanks Reggie

Refused to exchange a defective item saying they only accept unopened items. Was told basically to go f myself and call the manufacturer. Worst customer service of any best buy ive been. Screwed out of 50$ ordering replacement on Amazon.

Just walked out no one can help and if they do very rude. I guess they are doing to well they need no more business. and the way the guy talked to an older lady about a USB dongle and Bluetooth adapter was so unprofessional. This was a very old lady in her 70s or 80s and he just talked down to her like she should’ve known everything that he knows. There is no passion and everybody is just angry or in a hurry to just get away from people. Another corporation I’ll be glad to see go but sad at the same time .09/19/2023

Worst customer service. They lie, steal and honestly it's not worth the headache. Please, for the love of God if you want good customer service, do not shop here. It took a total of 1 month and 24 calls to fix what this store messed up. Buyers beware!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from best buy again.

Funny how just a week ago the prices of your graphics cards were at least $20 less. You scamming pieces of s***. A week before black Friday. You raise the prices and then "lower" them to the same price you had a week ago. And people are probably dumb enough to think they got a "deal". I bought a Rx 6650xt 2 years ago for $199. It was just at $219 last week and now $239 a week before black Friday. Bet they put it back at $219 for black Friday.
