We contacted Better Image to redesign our website, not fully aware of our vision for the site. The end result exceeded our expectations! The new design helped our company attract a larger target audience while giving our business a fresh new look. Chip is not only an exceptional designer, he is great to work with, always quick to respond to our needs, and very reasonably priced.

Chip did a great job with all 3 of my websites. I have had a few websites built over the years and have always been disappointed with web companies not hitting deadlines. Chip was the exact opposite he was patient with me and had a great turn around time. He was also conscious of my Google rankings with my site. I highly recommend Chip for your business website!

I needed a website revamped for a more professional image, and with Chip's help, I am very satisfied with how it came out. He was extremely accommodating, was quick to respond to my emails and get work done, and communicated with me well about my wishes for the site design. This made the website redesign incredibly easy, and I'm so glad I got help from Chip.

I contacted a few different web design companies before deciding to go with Better Image. I built my original website with a do it yourself program ten years ago. The website ranked #1 on all search engines but it looked old and outdated and wasn't converting visitors into clients. I went to two companies in Raleigh for an evaluation They wanted $14000 and $21,000. I almost went with the $14000. The day before I signed the contract I went through each website in their portfolio. What I found was they looked good but didn't perform. I searched every keyword that I would use for the websites service. Each website came up 4th or 5th and occasionally they would show up on page 2 and 3. At that moment I realized that they were salesman with sales tactics and their work didn't live up to the hype. After that I used the same process to vet each prospective company. After weeks of review I found Better Image. Every site in their portfolio ranked #1. Each site looked nice too. I was pleased to see that cost was 1/3 of the others. After the initial meeting I knew that Better Image was the right fit for us. I could tell that the designer Chip knew what he was talking about and cared about my website redesign. He seemed like the type of person that takes pride in his work and wants it to be the best. I didn't get that from the other companies. The design process was quick and easy. I'm a pretty picky person and like things a certain way. Throughout the build Chip made sure I got exactly what I was looking for on the design and content. He made the changes that I requested and then changed them again and again until I was happy. I promise you will not find a better web design company anywhere.

It has been a really great pleasure to work with Chip. He showed a lot of creativity when he built our website, but at the same time he also listened to what we wanted. In addition, the work was done in a timely manner and for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Chip has been awesome at fielding my requests for graphic design support. He was able to take a very loose idea of mine and convert it into eye-grabbing visualizations. Very timely, professional, and cost-effective.

When looking at our options for a company to optimize And market our website, it became clear that Better Image was the right choice. Their knowledge of site redesign and optimization was that of any national firm. The focus on the Triangle area was what no other company could offer and we couldn't be happier with the results.
