The entire process was seamless, and I felt confident that my car was in great hands. I left with everything running perfectly and with peace of mind. They took a really long time fixing our car then they come at us with some $1600 fee that we didn’t even know of even though we’ve had our car for less than six months and I understand that may be the case with our with the warranty company, but that wasn’t fair then they took an extra week because they didn’t take the car apart in time to look at the other parts that needed to be fixed in addition to when we got our car back it was dirty on the inside. There was oil spilled on the on the passenger seats. It was dirty and dusty and cat hair all over the car and inside the car , they did not take care of our car, but we had to pay a lot more than what it was actually worth and I found this to be incredibly unfair. We had to pay $100 fee and they did not tell us about that at the time even though the guy claims he has a recording of it, which is a lie because I don’t remember no recording. We would’ve had the money ready when we were ready to pick up the car. I do not recommend this place to anyone else. There’s gotta be more decent car Repair companies than this place they didn’t even bother to call us and tell us our car was ready for pick up. I had to call and find out that it was ready.

I’m so happy to have found this company. I walked in to have my tires checked and see if I needed a wheel alignment. The tires were fine and the wheel alignment was not necessary. I had the tires rotated which fixed the steering wheel problem as it was shaking. They are very honest and I am going to use them as my car place from now on. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Big Rand Tire on Dysart Avenue in Avondale..

First time customer. I set an appointment for 11am to do an oil change and tire rotation. I stayed in their waiting area until the service was done and it took 3 hours. The service was done well, but I feel like that it was a long wait time considering that I had an appointment and it was a simple service request. I feel comfortable coming back for service to my vehicle when needed but only to drop off the vehicle and come back once it’s ready.
I would not recommend it to those looking for quick service.

This is my first time patronising Big Brand. I originally went to Big O for a lube, oil and filter job for all my vehicles. Upon being referred by my friend, I tried their free engine oil change service and they met my expectations 100%. I was attended by Nick who is excellent and friendly and they are very fast and efficient (which is a good sign anytime you're looking for service) but they also recommend tires when mine are quite worn. They've been very fair with pricing as well. I would recommend Big Brand if you're shopping around for a good place to entrust your vehicle service to.

I don’t usually write reviews and this is not to bash or discredit but to simply look for opportunities to succeed with constructive criticism.
On 09/17/2024 I went in to ask for a price on an inspection due to a noise I was hearing in my car .
Mike( Michael Anderson) states that he can do an alignment check for free and they can inspect what may be the cause of it.
I agreed and after a few hours I went to get my car.
I was charged for the alignment a reasonable rate and the car actually did drive a bit better.
In the inspection Mike determined that there was a motor mount that was needing to be replaced and that’s the cause of the noise. I advised him I have warranty that covered that part and provided him with the details in order to get the job done and paid by the warranty company. He did mention he was 2 weeks backed up before he can get me in and I advised him by the time he talks to the warranty and order the parts it will probably be 2 weeks. He then said he would work on it and call me back with details. By the way I was not upset with the service or the details they provided me regarding the work that was needed.

Moving on, a few days passed and I called Mike. He said he did not work on it yet and to give him till the next day and he would prioritize this task.
Next day came and he confessed that he was swamped and totally forgot. He then said give him a few days and he will again prioritize this task. We are now almost 1 week into this. On 9/24 he leaves me a voicemail and this it what it said.
“Franklin Mike over the big branch hey it's about 10 after seven. I'm having a heck of time price in the south for you. I'm gonna start again tomorrow morning. I told you I'd let you know before I went home tonight. So I just wanna give you heads up I'm working on it and we'll talk tomorrow. Thanks buddy.…”
Tomorrow came and went. I knew at this point nothing was being done but o kept giving the benefit of the doubt.
I kept calling and getting the same answer over and over again for weeks. Then I place a call and he was off and Daniel advised me he would personally look into it and get a hold of Mike to see what is needed. Daniel said he would call back.
Yes, you know the answers cause he never called back. I again followed up with Daniel and his reply was that he has not been able to speak to Mike to get some details and he would follow up with me once he had those details. Well my People, we are now on 10/14/2024 and still no reply, no call, no follow up and no motor mounts resolution. I guess it’s time to look into another company that might want to service my car. Mike and Daniel, thank you for your follow up that led me to write this review.
