Black Rose Tattooers Too

I had a wonderful experience with Daniel today at black rose tattoo too and he did a great job (Jan 3, 2019)..update (Jan 30, 2019)...Daniel's tattoo turned out great on the side that he ended. Healing on the side he started was difficult because he was heavy handed at first and so scabbing and scarring on the beginning side is substantial. It's been over 3 weeks and it's still a raised scab and the sharp outer lines didn't take and are blurred. He really dug in at the start. The wounds during the healing process were deep on that side. I am still hoping it will heal properly. I KNOW I followed aftercare to a T A&D ointment religiously for the first 10 days, then switched to vitamin E oil after scabbing was solid) and I did NOT scratch it. This tatt has been extremely well cared for. It still requires Aveeno lotion several times a day. So I'm playing the waiting game before I decide to address it with him. It may still heal just fine, but I just hope it doesn't stay as is after 20-30 days since I got it. The side he ended on is perfect and beautiful. So I don't want to knock him until I've given it enough time to heal completely. I'm just worried about the starting lines and a couple in the middle on that starting side. Daniel, if you do read this, start as light handed as you ended it. I can see where you relaxed and got comfortable, and when you finally did, you did wonderful. Consistency is key.

I got two tattoos today. This is my first time getting tattoo. Carlos was really knowledgeable and did a great job. He was doing very good job with cleanliness. Shop was very clean and well maintained as well. Very reasonable prices as well. I would recommend everyone this place.

Jared was great. I finally got my upper chest tattoo, and I felt completely comfortable. He made absolutely certain everything was perfect, as one would want their artist to do, and was completely professional. Great attention to concept detail and hygiene. I know where I'm going for my next one!

My sister got a tattoo done by Daniel and it turned out awful. I don’t know if he was just being lazy or what that day but it was lousy work. He charged her $200 for the tattoo and it just blew my mind. I honestly feel bad for her. Do not recommend going here. So many other shops that have better tattoo artists who can do better work.

I’ve known the owner Carlos for more than a decade he is my artist and does impeccable work, along with all his employees Jax, Danny, Jared his piercer Steve they are all amazing and I would let each one of them work on me and pierce me. I travel from across country to specifically come to Black Rose Tattooers highly recommend any one and any location!
