I've been shopping here for a couple of years now. I admit, I went to the competitor down the street first and I've been to others since. Blue Mountain is by FAR the place to go for product knowledge, customer service and attentiveness to what you actually need. I had an issue with a defective vape cartridge. They exchanged it no problems after reviewing purchase date. Definitively THE place to go in Calaveras.

I love going there to see the kind and friendly people. They always take care of me and my special needs son as well as possible. It’s like coming into a place with good friends and family. Every time I go there, I’m just impressed with the staff how courteous they are and how they make sure that your needs are met just yesterday. I was there right at closing time and they welcome me in knowing they could’ve just locked the door and turn the lights off. They’re welcome me. And took their time and made sure my needs were met. I can honestly say that this is my favorite place to get goodies from. They offer your complimentary refreshments.
