POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess these guys are so booked that they don't need new or returning customers. I contacted the office to follow up on a request for a quote and the guy I spoke with basically told me that I need to wait for the sales office to get back to me. Then offered to give me the contact info for the rep in Las Vegas to follow up on an order that I need in the Bay Area. Okay...I guess. I won't be back. The options are too vast and what makes one vendor different from the next is the people on the phone. Blueprint definitely needs work in that area.

Its Time You Stop the Favoritism

The management is extremely biased towards some staff members. They are given every privilege while the rest of the staff is forced to work like a dog.

Broken furniture that should have been retired years ago. People pay top dollar for events and they get mix matched light boxes that are being held together by Bondo......literally.
