This was a wonderful activity to participate in and was super easy to sign up. I enjoyed the space, the professionalism of the painting instructor and the drink option all while painting which is very therapeutic. I would highly recommend booking a painting session whether it is a small group of friends or a private event!

My boyfriend and I have been trying to give experiences as gifts, something we can do together. I’ve been wanting to try this for quite some time. We are the opposite of artistic but with the step by step direction that Madi gave, it was fun and our paintings turned out awesome!! I was shocked at how much fun we had and what a good job we did. It was our first time so we didn’t know what to expect. We learned that any frustration felt during painting (from our own personal perfection) was absolutely not warranted. We LOVE our paintings and can’t wait to go again!

My team and I enjoyed the event. Thank you Heather and Stacy setting up at the venue right on time. The event went smoothly and great success with sharing a good experience with painting. Heather was the amazing painter with great instructions for us to follow and had a great team building together. I would definitely recommend their studio for anyone would like to do off site event with Bottle & Bottega by Painting with a Twist.

The event was fun and I enjoyed painting, however the artist leading my group seemed rather disinterested and spent time on her phone when not speaking. I asked her a question about what other paintings would be done in future class and received a rather vague answer. Also, I was disappointed in the paint selection offered, I was expecting better quality acrylic paint. I was expecting staff members to walk around and offer painters assistance during the painting session. If I had not had prior painting experience, I would have struggled to do my painting.

The painting experience was great, however our group session was hosted by heather. Heather was sweet however she spoke to us ( all adults ) like we were in kindergarten. She noted that we were free to paint as we wish and didn’t need to paint the painting that we had, I guess based off her statement, She moved quickly because they started later than the time we were supposed to start because two of the adults in the group ( I don’t know them ) they decided to be late. I felt like we were rushed and then it was awkward and overwhelming when she would paint a piece like she’s painted it over 100 times and would go sit down and make comments about how “ we need to move quicker using a thick brush “. We were given 3 brushes that were not meant to be used in our painting which is why our paintings took longer trying to paint. Imagine painting with a fork, that’s what it felt like. If you book please try to avoid heather as no one should feel rushed while painting and I don’t think anyone deserves to be talked to like a child.

I’ve been here twice. My friends and I had a blast both times. My only issue is that the instructors go through the steps super fast, but that’s not a dig at them. I’m just really slow! I’ll definitely be back!
