Toni was great at helping us with our selection. He understood what we were looking to do and able to recommend the shutters that went well with our decor. He understood our budget and worked with us to be able to add it to our budget. He was willing to break it into smaller projects so we would be able to complete project. We ended up doling it in one installation. He set us up with an instal that worked well. He and his crew showed up on time and began to work right away. The job was completed and we are very satisfied.

Budget blinds is a great company. It is family owned and we felt that he had great help. When they finished the work the place was very clean.

We would recommend Tony and Budget Blinds to everyone that wants to upgrade with great results and on budget.

This company delivers. It is owned and operated by a local family, and they keep their promises. Tony, the owner, is precise with his measurements and completely professional and patient when it comes to helping you choose the right products for the right reasons.

He follows through and communicates about the process and the installation timing. His decades of experience and understanding of the customer's expectations make buying decisions easier.
The entire crew was straightforward and professional. Tony, the owner, Jean in the office and James who installed the blinds and did a stellar job.

We were truly delighted by Budget Blinds of Petaluma/West Santa Rosa which is an official provider of 100% real wood Norman shutters. They did all of our upstairs windows, my downstairs office, and installed blackout blinds behind the shutters for all the bedroom windows. The owner, Tony, came out and did a terrific job of helping us understand the product, make a variety of choices regarding color, style, and design, before measuring all the windows to place the order. About a month later, their expert installer, James, did an perfect installation. And while we were waiting for the install, James installed temporary paper blinds which provided us with the privacy and shade we needed. Since the install they have taken care of minor fixes quickly and thoroughly. We are grateful to everyone at the company for taking such good care of us even though they had just been badly affected by a fire in their building. We strongly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
