Bull City Signs is the best! We have been using them for several years now and have been super happy. Bull City Signs creates all of our real estate signs and they have held up through heat, rain and sun exposure. Their turnaround time is super fast! When our building sign got damaged, they were able to come out right away and get it fixed for us. They helped us navigate the city permitting process to get our exterior signage set up. Bull City Signs even helped us put up our Pride flag! Thanks Robert and Cara!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Bull City Signs. The owner, Robert Barr, was initially very curt via email but said that he would be able to engrave a door knocker that my wife and I received as a wedding gift. A few days after dropping off the knocker, he emailed us that it would be ready for pick up that day and to pay an online deposit. I paid the deposit, and we arrived at the shop only to be told that he was not there, and he had not yet engraved the door knocker. We waited a few more days until we received an email from him saying that he ruined the door knocker after attempting to engrave it and offered to replace it. When I sent him the link to the same door knocker, he replied: "Wow. Big loss for me. Do you have to have that one? There are definitely less expensive brass knockers." He had the audacity to suggest we opt for a cheaper door knocker after he ruined ours. I would never recommend anyone take your business here.
