We ordered a Whopper combo, chicken fries, mozzarella sticks. Everything is old and cold except the regular fries. This is disgusting!!!

I really dislike leaving negative reviews but this one is owed to Burger King. I’ve been to this establishment three times since their remodel and all three times I went they completely ruined my order. Wrong condiments as well, I’ve always been super polite and straight forward with my food anywhere I go, even here but Burger King sucks. Focus on listening and comprehending what people want. You guys are worse than Taco Bell.

Ordered on line. Went to restaurant front door locked. I walked there. Had to go get my car and drive next door to restaurant. Food not ready waited and waited. For about 20 mins. What I recommend from this restaurant is. Go somewhere else.

I do love the new store and the employees however the food is terrible. Out of 5 visits the food was good one time. The onion rings and fries are always great but the burgers are always cold with globs of mayonnaise and it’s the same with the chicken sandwich. Cold and stale buns. Of the 5 visits order was wrong 2 times and one missing drink. On one order it was wrong two times. Not sure what’s going on but this is extremely disappointing. For my BK fix I will be driving up to Pinetop location they are amazing.

Came to Showlo 3 different times so far for work and all 3 times, the hashbrowns have been so overcooked they crumble and turn to powder in your mouth, and they are close to 5 dollars now for a large! And the 2 for 5 bacon biscuits have a total of 2 inches of bacon on the sandwich, when the picture clearly shows a nice stack of bacon. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING!! Taco bell just got sewed for this and you guys are next. MAKE YOUR SANDWHICHES LIKE THEY ARE ADVERTISED AND PUT BACON ON THEM.
WILL NEVER BE BACK, and will never recommend this location to anybody.

The remodel is definitely nice because the Grandies loved the play area. The food was fresh and tasted good. We got the deals that they had posted, so not too pricey. The service was stellar and the order was correct.

Ever since the remodel, this place is awesome!! Have to say— has completely changed my attitude towards burger kings in general. Friendly, fast staff, super clean inside, food was hot and fresh, even a play place inside. Great job!
