This business is Great! The two ladies working there were so pleasant and friendly. The notary is the owner, and she was overly professional and notarized my document without delay. Super nice ladies work there- more thoughtful than you might expect. I drop off UPS packages there occasionally. They close right after the pickup drivers leave for the day so your stuff is never left sitting/potential to be stolen overnight (which explains the odd hours). We don’t have a UPS store but they do a lot of the same things that those stores do.

Y'all need to come in to the 21st century and buy a scanner so that we consumers can easily return items to Amazon, etc. without having to print labels or return addresses etc. It is all done by an easy scan. Some return options like at Amazon don't even offer us a printed label anymore just the free option to take to your ups store for a scan. Then you can charge us for it.
If I was 10 years younger I would open a business and put you out of business.

Great service with smiles every time I drop off something for UPS. They also have a service where you can email them a return label for Amazon, ebay, Time Warner Cable, etc. and they will print it out for you and have it ready when you bring your item in. They also will box up stuff for you and send it out. Very reasonable rates and the pleasant service makes this a great place to go for all your shipping, faxing, printing, etc. services!

These ladies are best. I have used this business for years. Recently had a problem with and order, I was gonna pay shipping to return the package. Ladies instructed me with different options. Package returned and I got full refund, without incurring any costs.

The notary lady there was rude and very unprofessional. She does not know how to treat people and should not be a notary. This person was so rude that she made my mother cry. Another notary said that they have had issues with this lady also. I do not recommend using that service at this facility if she is the only one their to do that task.
