Camtech offers great service for our area and goes the extra mile to take care of their clients! The owner set up for a Saturday morning installation and sadly his technician was not able to make it. He came himself and performed the installation and took the time to stay and make sure our network was setup properly and operational before leaving. Fair, efficient and with integrity!

I actually paid a down payment for an appointment with a satellite company because (supposedly) that was my only option for my remote home location. I happened to remember seeing this company's advert and thought "what the heck", and gave it a try. After my first phone call with CamTech, I immediately canceled my previous appointment and bought a router on Amazon and waited patiently for a few days for our installation (they are BUSY, which is a good thing!). We are so very glad we found this company, we have FAST and RELIABLE internet for all of our needs. It's been about a week since our fast, knowledgeable and very helpful installer came out and we couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service!

Our area (very rural) seemed to only have one internet provider for years. CamTech gives us faster speeds at a reasonable price. The tech was very courteous and worked really hard to get us installed fast. We do recommend.

Terrible Experience! I wish I could give Camtech Broadband a 0 star rating. I have been a customer of Camtech Broadband (Normando Campos Owner) for a little over a year and a half. The initial service was sub par, from install to last month, the internet that is provided by Camtech was spotty and overall speeds were slow. As someone who uses the internet a lot for business and pleasure this was very disappointing. I have had one of the best plans through Camtech for the entire duration of our relationship, yet it was still spotty and most of the time would be throttled due to a overloaded amount of users on this network between the hours of 6am-12pm the service was unusable for me, latency would go into the hundreds instead of the initial 24 ms he said it would run at on the day of the install. I tried contacting Normand Campos countless times to attempt to resolve these issues, he initially told me that I needed to purchase a new router after having to buy the one he had for $80, I purchased a new router for $200 due to his recommendation. This however did not fix the issues. I tried contacting him again because the issues did not get resolved, he was upset at this point and told me that there was nothing neither himself nor I could do to fix these issues. These issues continued to increase as did Normand's attitude towards me and instead of offering to come take a look at my system (with a price, naturally) he would continue his attitude until recently i got tired of the games. I emailed his "office" to take me off the contract and instead of just accepting that I didn't want to be paying for a service that was unusable and a waste of money, he disrespected me and called me a liar for not calling him and talking about the issues that the service was having. He told me that "Just so you know, we keep track of all communications last time you contacted us was 1.5 years ago", convenient how that is just as long as my service life was... I know for sure that I called him at least 6 times regarding issues with the service, not counting how many emails and text messages i sent him, fed up with the lies and disrespect after spending thousands of dollars on this sham of a company I returned the equipment... (P.S. I am not surprised if his google and all other 5 star reviews are either fake or people that are blackmailed into giving him good reviews, he tried blackmailing me into it... Also, the address they have listed on google is wrong...)

I have been pleasantly surprised with the service CamTech provides. We received same day service on a weekend (which is unheard of) after having a limited choice of providers in our area. Installation was quick and clean. The service is not yet perfected but it has been really good considering our use. We have two gamers in the house playing simultaneously and usually have at least a laptop and two phones running on it all at once at any given time. It has great speed however will occasionally drop offline and then come back. My guess is weather & winds are a factor (we are in a more rural part of Escondido). I would not necessarily attribute this to the service itself and haven’t yet reached out to confirm. I would absolutely recommend CamTech’s internet services as we have been very happy thus far!

This service was great. I could play games and it was affordable. However we were sent an email that the owner could no longer service our area. This was a big problem since the other options in our area cost twice as much and can barely handle a YouTube video.

I changed my rating because we were not even given a 30 day notice, and our internet was shut off before our normal payment date.

We were not late, we had not missed a payment, so it was not our fault. I understand that this company had no choice, but more of a warning would have been nice.

I highly suggest this company but only if you do not live too far out away from towns.

We just installed CamTech at my home in Warner Springs and so far it’s great! The gentlemen that did the installation were amazing! I always dread installing new services, but they made it super easy and painless. They answered any questions I had and even put up with my annoying barking dogs!! We have great signal now and can’t wait to cancel my other provider and go strictly to online streaming. Great job CamTech!

Normando was professional and courteous! My mom moved to a remote location and needed internet service and camtech delivers. Great speeds and unlimited internet for a fair price. If youre tired of your service provider in the out areas of San Diego I highly recommend them. In less than an hour we were up and running! No contracts just great service.
